I have started a diet again. The exercise thing just isn't happening with the kiddos, so I am trying to stay as active as possible--WITH them. (It doesn't happen very much). But so far, I have lost 8 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks. Not too shabby, eh? Sticking to the lo-cal stuff, as I find it's easiest to keep track of what I am eating. Hope it works this time.
